Buried Cable Routes
Cubis’ buried cable route system has been designed and developed to offer a modern alternative to traditional methods for burying trackside cabling, offering enhanced security to telecommunications, power and signalling networks.
Application
Buried cable routes offer a secure and environmentally friendly way to bury trackside cabling. The Network Rail approved buried cable route system integrates Cubis’ MULTIduct™ cable protection system, STAKKAbox™ ULTIMA network access chamber and access covers. Cubis’ buried cable route system is quickly installed due to its light weight properties (all parts below 25kg), lack of specialist equipment required and reduced excavation needed. Installation on track upgrades can average 1km in a 20 hour possession.
Seamless Integration
Providing a seamless integration between Cubis’ STAKKAbox™ chamber access and MULTIduct™ cable protection products, the buried cable route system delivers reduced track possession times through easier and safer installation, assembly of system and improved build quality.
Adjustability On-Site
Fully customisable, flexible and adjustable on-site, Cubis' buried cable route system is compatible with existing ducting and troughing networks.
